Life Cycle of an EC Record – ECR

WORKFLOW_SUBMITTED-STATUS: By selecting its [Submit To Workflow] Button , the ECR record is submitted into its first workflow state and its [EC_STATE] (referencing the life-cycle status of the ECR record) will automatically change to WORKFLOW_SUBMITTED:

Users can edit the ECR Data Form’s metadata and add/remove attachments. Users cannot change its assigned Form. In most environments, users cannot add/remove assigned documents against the ECR record (but this is an option that the administrator could activate). Its assigned documents are set to a “ No Life-Cycle ” status.
