Life Cycle of an EC Record – ECR

COMPLETED-STATUS : When the incorporating ECN record has been approved through its workflow states and its [EC_STATE] is changed to COMPLETED , then its assigned/ incorporating ECR records’ [EC_STATE] (referencing the life-cycle status of the ECR record) will automatically change to COMPLETED :

An ECR record with a COMPLETED-STATUS , is an ECR record that has been completed by being incorporated within an ECN record that has been completed. The ECR record has been completed and it has reached the end of its life cycle processes. The ECR record is closed and available for read-only access.
