Workflow – Group Review Workflow States

When joining the meeting, the present decision makers must “sign in” using the [Group Review Sign-In] utility which is located in the [ EC ] shortcut:

Launching the utility displays the list of the departments that have been assigned to the workflow GROUP REVIEW STATES. After selecting one of the available departments, its decision maker will be prompted to properly login. One or more decision makers can login/logout as needed and the dialog clearly notes the name of the “signed-in” decision makers:
