If there is more than one “template design” to select from, the user will be prompted to select from the list of available “template designs”:

The module creates the target Excel/PDF) file in the defined folder location (as designated by the administrator):

Notice that the physical file in the figure above automatically inherited its name using its EC record’s [ID] value and that it also concatenated a DateTime stamp of when the file was created.
