Data Form – Grids: CONFIGURATION

To assign a managed configuration record to the EC Data Form as an assigned document the user must first select the currently assigned document from the [ DOCUMENT ] grid and then go to the [ CONFIGURATION ] grid (within the EC Data Form). From within the [ CONFIGURATION ] grid, check the box in the [Associated] column for the additional configuration records that are to become assigned documents to the EC Data Form:

After checking the [Associated] column of the desired configuration records, go back to the EC record’s [ DOCUMENT ] grid to validate that the selected configuration record is now an assigned document to the EC Data Form:

To remove an assigned configuration record from the EC Data Form the user must first select the currently assigned document from the [ DOCUMENT ] grid and then go to the [ CONFIGURATION ] grid (within the EC Data Form). From within the [ CONFIGURATION ] grid, uncheck the box in the [Associated] column for the assigned configuration records that are no longer to be assigned documents to the EC Data Form:

After unchecking the [Associated] column of the desired configuration records, go back to the EC record’s [ DOCUMENT ] grid to validate that the selected configuration record is no longer an assigned document to the EC Data Form:
