Buttons: View Only Mode, Closed EC:

If an EC record has been completely approved through workflow or terminated, it no longer has any life-cycle operations and will have a CLOSED status as it cannot be modified. Opening an EC Data Form with a CLOSED status will only have a [ Close] Button available to it in its lower right corner.
