Accessing Existing EC Records – Searching

The [ Order By ] tab within the EC Search Form can be used to define the order of its reports:

The above settings define the sort order to be based on the EC records’ [CREATION_DATE] value in a descending order, so the most recently returned EC records will be on the top of the report. After configuring the desired EC Search Form’s filters, users can select its [Search] Button and the bottom half of the EC Search Form will be populated with the results:
