Accessing Existing EC Records – Assigning Documents

3. With the ECN Data Form opened in Edit mode, select its [Add Working Set] Button :

Selecting its [ Add Working Set ] Button adds the records listed in the current [Working Set] grid from MechWorks PDM to be assigned documents to the ECN Data Form. NOTE: The module first validates that the records within the [Working Set] can be added to the ECN Data Form. The user will see a progress bar while it is analyzing/executing the requested assignments:
