Appendix A: Duplication Wizard

MWAutoNumber is fully compatible with the [ Assembly Duplication Wizard ]:

NOTE: Since the Duplication Wizard does not currently work well with files with manage configuration records, we recommend using it with caution. If the source file has multiple configurations within it that should be managed (in our opinion), using a standard Save-As would be better.

To invoke MWAutoNumber while using the [ Assembly Duplication Wizard ], activate the [ Name Options ]  Use custom script option and set its value to use the DataEntr.lst custom script:

Selecting the [ Simulate duplication ] button within the [ Assembly Duplication Wizard ] results in the [ Format List ] being displayed for each component getting duplicated:
