AutoNumber Format Options – Drawings Tab

Drawings Are Assigned Next Part Number in Series

With the noted option active, the majority of the other options within this dialog are purposely disabled.

When saving a Drawing and selecting an AutoNumber Format with its option Drawings Are Assigned Next Part Number in Series activated, the process results in a new part number (in accordance with the selected AutoNumber Format ) being assigned to the Drawing of the selected Model:
