AutoNumber Binder Options

Proceeding by selecting the [ Link Format Numbers ] button, updates the AutoNumber Formats within the “Purchased” Binder by assigning “143” to their AutoNumber values because it is the value from the “Purchased” Binder’s Number value. At this time, the AutoNumber value for all of the AutoNumber Formats within the “Purchased” Binder are disabled (because they are now linked together from the “Purchased” Binder’s Number value):

Additionally, if the Administrator makes a change to the Binder’s Number value, the change will be automatically pushed into all of the AutoNumber Formats within the Binder (making the AutoNumber assignment is synchronized and controlled at the Binder level rather than the AutoNumber Format level):
