Life Cycle of an EC Record – IR or ECN

WORKFLOW_REVIEW-STATUS : Once the first workflow’s decision maker ( Engineering Lead for this example) approves the ECN record’s workflow state, its [EC_STATE] (referencing the life-cycle status of the ECN record) will automatically change to WORKFLOW_REVIEW. This indicates that the ECN record is in workflow and one or more of its workflow states have been approved:

Users can edit the ECN Data Form’s metadata and add/remove attachments. Users cannot change its assigned Form, users cannot add/remove ECR record assignments against the ECN record and users cannot add/remove assigned documents against the ECN record. Its assigned documents are still set to a “ No Life-Cycle ” status.
