COMPLETED-STATUS : When the ECN record has been approved through its workflow states, its [EC_STATE] (referencing the life- cycle status of the ECN record) will automatically change to COMPLETED :

The ECN record’s associated documents were automatically RELEASED. The ECN record was accepted and it has reached the end of its life cycle processes. The ECN record is closed and available for read-only access.
