When this option is enabled within the AutoNumber Format , the user will be prompted with the [ Save Wizard ] after selecting the AutoNumber Format during a rename event :

Then the document will be recategorized according to the user’s selection of categories:

 Also Update Description

If the process of selecting the categories (during the Rename process) should also updated the record’s [ DESCRIPTION ] value, then this option will need to be active:
